Kingsville is a city at the intersection of Route 58 and Missouri supplemental route W in west central Johnson County, Missouri, United States. The population was 257 at the 2000 census.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 257 people, 106 households, and 75 families residing in the city. The population density was 858.8 people per square mile (330.8/km²). There were 117 housing units at an average density of 391.0 per square mile (150.6/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 95.72% White, 2.33% Native American, 0.39% Asian, and 1.56% from two or more races.
There were 106 households out of which 29.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.5% were married couples living together, 6.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 29.2% were non-families. 27.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.42 and the average family size was 2.89.
In the city the population was spread out with 22.6% under the age of 18, 11.3% from 18 to 24, 26.1% from 25 to 44, 26.1% from 45 to 64, and 14.0% who were 65 years of age or older.
